Figuring high on wellness holiday
Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts kicked-off a four-city road show to generate awareness on luxury and wellness holiday among high-spenders in India.

Aglobal hospitality brand that has carved a niche for its personalized, luxury boutique resorts across the world is Singapore’s Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts. The group is focused on wellness and spa therapies in all its resorts that rejuvenate the body and the soul. Aimed to create awareness on luxury living and fine dining in the lap of nature among high-end Indian tourists, the hospitality group hosted a four-city road show including Mumbai, Kolkata, New Delhi and Bengaluru sometime in March. The road show marked the participation of representatives from Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul, Banyan Tree Seychelles, Banyan Tree Lang Co, Vietnam and Ungasan in Bali. As of now, the luxury hotel group is spread across 28 global destinations. Manas Sinha, Director, Regional Marketing Office, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts said, “Our hospitality property is more into providing experiential luxury tourism to our travellers. We keep on innovating in terms of food and beverage options, spa therapies and preferences of our guests. We are expanding aggressively with the opening of three new properties across the globe every year.” The properties of the group define the concept of spa holiday to its leisure travellers and banyan tree Spa Sanctuary at Phuket serves as the best example. Manas Sinha added, “We get most number of leisure and honeymooners from India into our global resorts. Most MICE tourists from India visit our properties in Phuket, Vietnam, Bangkok and Macau. Tourists spending their vacations at our properties become our brand ambassadors and having said this, Indian tourists tend to visit our resorts many times.” The group’s property in Central Vietnam nestles in the midst of mountains and beaches and visitors get to experience playing golf and wellness therapies.
